1. Acceptance of Terms

• Use recent photos of yourself. Do not upload images of other people, stock photography, celebrities, or AI-generated portraits.

• Protect your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your login; never share your password.
• Respect other members. Treat every user with courtesy regardless of nationality, religion, appearance, or background.
• Report concerns. If you encounter suspicious behavior, use the in-app report button so our moderators can investigate within one hour.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden on Datingrusgirl. Violations result in immediate account suspension, content removal, and - where warranted - referral to law enforcement.

1. Creating fake, misleading, or impersonating profiles, including catfishing or posing as another person.
2. Soliciting, requesting, or sending money, gifts, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency to or from other members.
3. Posting content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or harassing.
4. Using the Service for commercial purposes, including advertising, recruitment, escort arrangements, or promotion of third-party websites.
5. Scraping, copying, or reproducing member photos, profile content, or platform data by any automated means.
6. Attempting to bypass verification, moderation, security systems, or pay-walled features.
7. Sharing another member's personal information, private messages, or photos without their explicit written consent.
8. Uploading viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the operation of the Service.

5. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time from the settings menu in two clicks. Upon closure, your profile is removed from search within 24 hours, and your personal data is handled according to the retention schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that breaches these Terms, compromises the safety of other members, or attempts to defraud the platform. Where termination results from a material breach, unused premium credits are forfeited and no refund is issued. In all other cases, pro-rated refunds are handled according to the policy set out on our FAQ page.

6. Limitation of Liability

Datingrusgirl provides a platform for introductions between consenting adults; we do not guarantee that any interaction will result in a match, meeting, or relationship. While we work hard to verify profiles and moderate conduct, we cannot warrant that every member will always act honestly or in good faith. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datingrusgirl Ltd., its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages - including lost profits, lost data, emotional distress, or travel costs - arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of Datingrusgirl are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any claim must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact our legal team to attempt good-faith resolution. Most disputes are resolved within 30 days through direct communication, and we strongly encourage members to reach out before pursuing litigation.
